grilled fire fish

…. It is a challenge for women everywhere to take care of their bodies. However we still want to eat food that has African flavor . This meal is healthy and tastes good too.

Ingredients                                           

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 small habanero pepper (atarodo)
                  
  • 1 green bell pepper
     
  • Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 spoonful of vinegar
  • 1 maggi cube
  • Tilapia fish (1 per person)  

Directions   

Grind the habanero pepper, onion and green pepper with a little water. Pour in bowl and add other ingredients. Mix well. Wash, and scale fish.

Cut slits into fish on both sides and rub with marinade. Put in a bag with remaining marinade and leave for 1 hour in fridge. Remove and grill or broil in oven, turning a couple of times. Serve with crushed pineapples or spinach and sun dried tomato salad
